Christmas Sewing

I just adore the Mud Pie Line... everything they make is so colorful and fun... and has that handmade feel, but their prices... ugh! So I thought I would try to make something inspired by their line for my niece.
I found a tutorial/ pattern at Whimsy Couture on etsy for a t-shirt dress. And the fabric came from a local sewing shop... of course the ribbon and ric-rack came from my stash!
I know this picture is awful, but it is what I had of Rhiannon and me with her dress!
I added a ruffle to the sleeve, too.
I made this one for my other niece, Jolene. Hmmm... now I better get started on something for Adelyn, eh?
