Happy Sunday Morning

Easy, yet impressive weekend breakfast!
Turkey Sausage Quiche
1 1/4 C Bisquick 1/4 C Butter, Softened
2 T Boiling Water
1 C Shredded Italian- Style Cheese (I use Cheddar)
1 C Cooked Turkey Sausage
4 Medium Green Onions, Sliced
1 1/2 C Half-and-Half (I use whole milk)
3 Eggs
1 t chopped basil
  1. Heat oven to 400'. Spray pie pan w/ cooking spray. Stir Bisquick and butter until blended. Add boiling water, stir until soft dough is formed. Press dough into bottom and sides of pie pan.
  2. Sprinkle cheese, sausage, and onions over crust. Beat half-and-half and eggs until blended. Stir in basil and pour into crust.
  3. Bake 30-35 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
Make this and I promise you will LOVE it!

  1. That sounds yummy! I'm considering making a couple of breakfast casseroles ahead of time to eat for breakfast during the week to save time. This would be a great recipe to add to my collection. Thanks!
