Greman Chocolate Pie

Adam loves Greman Chocolate Cake

and like all men... he loves pie!

For a sweet surprise I combined his two faves

for one yummy desert... German Chocolate Pie

• 8" pie shell, baked (make it yourself-it is easier than you think)
• 1 small box of dark chocolate pudding (not instant!)
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup fine coconut
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• Cool Whip topping (thawed)

After your pie shell is baked, cover the bottom with a handful of chocolate chips. Put it in the microwave to melt and soften the chips. Cook pudding according to the directions on the box, but stir in the coconut and pecans. Pour hot pudding into shell and chill until pudding is set. Before serving, top with Cool Whip and a sprinkle of chocolate chips, coconut, and pecan.
