Homemade Granola

Ok mommies, you HAVE to make this granola it is as they say in bloggy world ... "The Best Ever" We used all organic ingredients and have used it on yogurt, oatmeal, ice cream, and just plain by the handful! I doubled the recipe and plan to never run out!

Nutty Granola from Ellie Krieger 3 cups old-fashion oats 1/2 cup chopped raw, unsalted walnuts 1/2 cup chopped unsalted almonds 1/2 cup chopped unsalted pecans 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup raisins (I used dried cranberries)

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray. In a medium bowl mix oats, nuts, syrup, salt, cinnamon, and fruit together. Spread mixture onto baking sheet and bake until golden brown for about 30 minutes. Stir and turn every ten minutes. Let granola cool completely and store in an air tight container.

Let's go make something,

Kristy
