Blue Cheese Grilled Tomatoes
I found this simple appetizer recipe on the back of the crumbled blue cheese container. Cut and scoop out the inside of a yummy ripe tomato. Mix a handful of blue cheese crumbles with a handful of bread crumbs. Drizzle a little EVOO on the top and grill them until the cheese gets gooey! *Note: Due to the grill control issues of my hubby, I will bake these next time... maybe 20 minutes on 350'.
