Adelyn's little face says it all... we had so much fun with our early Christmas celebration.
My niece Jolene came and brought a very impressive gingerbread house she had made the night before. She was very proud of it and excited to share it with Mike- who was more than willing to take his share!
Jolene got to meet her new baby cousin!
We made a foam gingerbread craft I bought from Michael's for $1- money well spent!
Before bed they watched Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas ( I found this at an antique store for $2- sad to think VHS tapes are now antiques!) Uncle Adam made his wonderful popcorn!
The next morning started pretty much the way the day before ended- watching movies with Grandma!
Then we made real gingerbread cookies!
Later we went to the park to burn off the sugar. It was a beautiful day!
Isn't she sweet?
Mike was on the go...
Run, run, run...
As fast as you can...
You can't catch me...
I'm the gingerbread man!
We all piled into the kitchen and worked together to make a spaghetti dinner.
I love all of Adelyn's little smiles! I can't believe she is smiling already. So sweet! I love how she is looking at Mikey in that one picture of the three kids. She loves her big brother already! And I can't not comment about that gingerbread house- or should I say gingerbread mansion? That thing was huge!

I can't get over how big Adelyn is already! It looks like such a fun time with your family - that's great you were all able to get together.
