Oh, Happy Morning!

Bubble Bread
On a normal Saturday morning Adam will fix us a big breakfast. He does all the grilling and breakfast cooking around here, but since I let him sleep in (because he can be a grump and then I get to nap later) on Saturdays when we have things to do I try make breakfast before he wakes up. Otherwise we do not get out the door until 11:00. This breakfast is so yummy and easy and of course stolen for a blog (here)... thus a family favorite. All you do is tear up two cans of biscuits and pile all the pieces into a buttered pie pan, top with cinnamon, sugar, and a little more butter. Now bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden on top at 400'. Last, pour on a mixture of powdered sugar and syrup while it is still hot. How easy is that!
PS. If the middle is still doughy I just put it back in!
