It's A Baby Shower

My little cousin Michelle is having her first baby in early September. His name will be Ryan Jacob and I predict he will look like Joel from John and Kate Plus Eight... he is my very favorite. We are all very excited and this weekend we are throwing her a baby shower in Houston. I made this table cloth and the diaper cake... I must say it turned out GREAT! I made this swag for the front door. I hope it hangs better on the door then my wall with a tack!
And as part of her gift I also made these two onesies and play bibs. I love the idea of these play bibs. I stole it from Jane B. Brewing (It is under "follow" in my side bar)- you should really check her blog. I went to High School with her husband and she is so creative! I only wish I would have seen these when Mike was a baby. I always had so much trouble with these chains on the stroller!

  3. You did such a great job! I love it all. A more technical question - when you do your onsies - do you use that iron on transfer paper/applique paper and then sew around the edges? I have seen people do it like that and was just curious how you did it...I want to try it!
