The kids and I made this yummy AND healthy snack.
I found the idea in my
handy ole Food Network magazine.
Strawberry Nachos
1 tortilla per person
melted better or spray butter
cinnamon and sugar
Cool Whip
diced fresh strawberries

Slice tortilla into wedges and coat in butter.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350' until golden brown.

Spread on the Cool Whip.

Top each chip with strawberries.

Eat up!
